At Bolton Arena Community Sports Village, we are able to support conferences of up to 150 people and have offices to let which vary in size from 100 to 1000 square feet.
The main events hall provides 5,159 square metres of flexible floor space, capacity for up to 9,000 people standing or 6,500 people seated.
We have six contemporary meeting rooms of varying sizes – all air conditioned, accessible by lift if needed and equipped with a projector and screen, flipchart and pen, paper and pencils, table mints, jugs of water with glasses, and wi-fi, except The Classroom, which has a plasma screen instead of a projector.
The Arena Suite is our largest meeting room and is an ideal setting for company training days, team conferences, exhibitions, comedy nights and workshops for up to 150 people.
Our two conference rooms and boardroom can be opened out to create one, much larger space. The Conference Suite itself is perfect for meetings, functions and hospitality for up to 100 delegates.
The Boardroom is our smallest meeting room and is the ideal setting for interviews and small meetings for up to 20 people.
The Classroom is the ideal setting for seminars, workshops and meetings for up to 50 people.
All our meeting rooms are air conditioned and equipped with TVs or projector, flipchart and pen, paper and pencils, and wi-fi. All rooms enjoy lift access if required.
Yes, we can supply a great range of hot and cold catering packages, all freshly prepared on the premises in our ReFRESH café. These are supplied at extra cost to room hire rates. Please note, we do not accept outside catering.

Yes, free on-site parking is available, and our location enjoys excellent road access just off the M61 motorway and train links at nearby Horwich Parkway railway station.
Yes, half-day, full-day, evening, and weekend booking rates are available.
Access is available 06:00 to 21:30 Monday to Friday and 07:30 to 18:30 at weekends. We are open 08:00–15:30 on bank holidays. Please check for specific opening times at Christmas.
All of our meeting rooms are air conditioned, enjoy lift access and are available for hire with full day, half day, evening and weekend rates. They come equipped with an interactive TV or projector, flipchart and pen, paper and pencils, and wi-fi.
The Arena Suite is suitable for up to 150 people, the Conference Suite can hold 100, while the Conference Room can be combined with either the Conference Suite and/or The Boardroom depending on your requirements.
