Bolton Neuro Voices

This a small voluntary charitable organisation committed to improving the quality of life of people with long-term neurological conditions and ensuring that their voices are heard by commissioners and providers. The sessions we deliver alternate between seated exercises, hand-eye coordination activities set to music, and fun games like seated hockey or circuits, all designed to improve coordination, balance, and overall well-being.

Whether you’re looking to build strength, enhance mobility, or simply enjoy an active, social atmosphere, these classes offer a great way to stay fit and connected.

Sessions take place every week (term time only):

Monday: 11:00am-12:00pm
