Vacancy: Attendant

Bolton Arena is seeking suitably qualified and experienced individuals with excellent customer service skills to be part of the Operations team.
Ideally, we are seeking individuals with first-hand experience of working in the customer service sector, who enjoy working as part of a team and have excellent communication skills and a good understanding of service delivery.
Duties will include general cleaning and housekeeping tasks, equipment set up and working on our large events program. Full training will be given and each of these tasks requires a high level of interaction and communication with colleagues and customers. Successful applicants will also be trained to work on our Reception and in our café.
You will be required to work varied shifts including evenings, early mornings and weekends with a commitment to working flexibly to meet the needs of the Business

Salary:                                   meets National Minimum/Living wage,

Hours:                                   24.25 hours per week (average)

2 weekly shift pattern
