Important Gym & Tennis Members Notice
With the government decision to close Bolton Arena to the public from 9.30pm on Wednesday November 4th, this means access to all our facilities and activities will be unavailable. We will freeze all memberships for the closure period.
You do not need to cancel your direct debit.
The below information gives gym & tennis members the information about the membership freeze until 2nd December:
- Members that pay by Direct Debit in the first week of the month - We are aware many direct debit payments are being taken during the first week of November 2020 and on the back of the Government announcement regarding the lockdown and closure of leisure facilities, we understand how this may have caused some upset. Due to the timing of the announcement it was too late for Bolton Arena to stop the Direct Debit. Please be advised that we will therefore not collect from you again on the 1st December to compensate for the collection that has already taken place.
- Members that pay by direct debit from 8th to the 30th of the month - Please be advised that we will freeze your membership for the month of November. As such we will not collect your your membership subscription again until December 2020.
- Paid in Full members - Due to the closure of the Bolton Arena Gym we will automatically be crediting one month extra onto the expiry date of your membership.
