Customer Update - April 2020
As you’ll all know due to the Covid 19 pandemic, Stateside Foods Bolton Arena was closed to the public from 10.30pm on Friday 20th March.
Due to the unknown length of the crisis, we are unable to give any indication of the closure period though we will provide updates as and when we have them. During this time we will continue to follow the advice provided by Government, Public Health England and the NHS.
However, we wanted to inform all our customers and members that you can still contact us throughout this period. We’re asking customers to contact us either by direct messaging us via our social media channels or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org We’d really like to hear from you and answer any questions you may have.
As you’ll have seen already we’ve been offering all customers support via our social media channels. This will include home workouts, gymnastics development, football challenges, tennis programme work and advice on staying active and healthy over the coming weeks. So, make sure you’re following @boltonarena on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram and take a look at our other channels including Bolton Arena Gym/Football/Gymnastics/Tennis.
Once it is safe to re-open our doors (subject to guidance) we look forward to welcoming you back to enjoy our services and activities. We know how valued Bolton Arena’s facilities are to our local community and will be more important than ever once the current pandemic is over. We wish to thank all of our customers for their continued support. Please bear with us during this challenging period and remember that Bolton Middlebrook Leisure Trust (Bolton Arena) is a charitable, not-for-profit organisation dedicated to ‘Building an active healthy community’.
In the meantime, the health & safety of our customers is our top priority, so please continue to follow government advice, stay safe and take care.
