Bolton Arena Sports Village are delighted to announce that the eagerly awaited ten-week resurfacing programme of our 7-A-Side, 9-A-Side pitches, new perimeter fencing and floodlights for both areas, has commenced.

There is a huge anticipation of excitement building amongst our week-to-week footballers and football clubs. Over the course of the refurbishment, we’ll update you week on week of the developments, which will showcase Bolton Arena Sports Village as having the most up to date 3G playing surface.

The first week of the redevelopment will see the removal of all fencing, as well as some surface removal.

The first week of the redevelopment will see the removal of all fencing, as well as some surface removal.

We are delighted to have one of the UK’s largest and longest established sports facility construction contractors, Blakedown Sport & Play, returning to the Arena to ovesee the project, after their first installment almost 20 years ago.
