We have six contemporary meeting rooms of various sizes – all air conditioned and equipped with audio-visual equipment.
What’s more, excellent road and rail links and free on-site parking make Bolton Arena Community Sports Village the ideal venue for your next conference, training session, or away day.
And whether it’s just two people or 150, we can supply a great range of hot and cold catering packages, all freshly prepared on the premises in our ReFRESH café.
Meeting rooms Bolton
All of our meeting rooms are air conditioned, have lift access, and are available for hire with full day, half day, and evening and weekend rates. We also offer exclusive discounts for our local council, blue light registered companies, charities and schools!
They all come with a projector and screen, flip chart and pen, paper and pencils, table mints, jugs of water with glasses, and wi-fi, except The Classroom, which has a plasma screen instead of a projector.

Arena Suite
The Arena Suite is our largest meeting room and is an ideal setting for company training days, team conferences, exhibitions, comedy nights and workshops for up to 150 people.
Conference Suite
Our Conference Suite, Conference Room, and Boardroom can be opened out to create one, much larger space. The Conference Suite itself is perfect for meetings, functions and hospitality for up to 100 delegates.
Conference Room
The Conference Room is the ideal setting for interviews, meetings, and training events for a maximum of 30 people. The Conference Room can be combined with either the Conference Suite and/or The Boardroom depending on your requirements.

The Boardroom
The Boardroom is our smallest meeting room and is the ideal setting for interviews and small meetings for up to 20 people. The Boardroom can be combined with the Conference Suite and/or Conference Room to match your requirements.

The Classroom
The Classroom is the ideal setting for seminars, workshops, and meetings for up to 50 people. It’s flooded with natural daylight whilst overlooking the surrounding areas, making a very pleasant space indeed!

Business networking
Our quarterly events offer businesses the opportunity to connect and network together. The events last two hours and we provide an array of complimentary refreshments. Sponsorship packages are available too.
Active Networking at Bolton Arena
You can mix business with leisure at a Bolton Arena Community Sports Village Active Networking Event.
These occasional gatherings begin with a fun workout class followed by a networking lunch, all completely free.
Choose from three energising 30-minute instructor-led classes:
- MOTIV8: A calorie burning class of cardio and weights, all within our specialised gym rig.
- Group cycle: A team-led spin session facing off against inclines and sprints.
- Short tennis: A game of fun soft ball tennis, hosted by one of our tennis coaches.
Once you’ve worked up a sweat and finished the session, shower and change then head up to our Arena Suite for lunch and informal networking.
