Thought that your footballing days were over? Well think again. Walking Football is aimed at over 50’s and those players coming back from injury or illness’.

Rules / Guidelines

  • No running, jogging or sprinting is allowed whilst the ball is in play
  • If anyone is caught doing so, a free kick will be awarded to the other team
  • It is non-contact and no slide tackles are allowed
  • 5s, 7s or our MUGA pitch can be used to suit numbers
  • If the ball goes dead, the game can be restarted by a kick, roll or throw-in
  • Games can be mixed sex

Variations and game adaptations can be made to suit participants’ needs and capabilities.
