We are pleased to announce that two of the USN Bolton Arena’s long-standing sponsors have recently extended their sponsorship.
Bolton School – one of the oldest in Lancashire dating back to at least 1516 – are extending their sponsorship into a fourth year.
The prestigious independent school has 2,500 pupils, ranging from its nursery to a sixth form college, and with a reputation that extends nationally.
Marketing Manager John Newbould explained that the Arena’s ability to reach the school’s target audience was behind their decision to sponsor the Arena: “When we monitored parents, a lot of them said they went to the gym or sports centre so we decided to sponsor the Arena.”
Another organisation extending its sponsorship is Fastsigns.
Based on Bury New Road, Bolton, the well-known local franchise is now owned by David Hiney, who has recently had a career change after more than 20 years in IT.
As well as offering traditional signage, Fastsigns also specialises in digital signage and other services such as vehicle wrapping. Its clients range from large companies to local schools and small businesses.
Fastsigns has been a sponsor and preferred signage supplier of the USN Bolton Arena since 2010 and Mr Hiney was particularly keen to retain the sponsorship.
“It has certainly been successful for Fastsigns because of our visibility there,” he stated, “and I particularly like being a part of the local community which I think is really important.
“I want Fastsigns to be seen as a business service for local businesses as well as our clients in a wider area and feel this sponsorship works for us.”
