Commercial Partnership Confirmed With Bolton Kia

Hop Into Spring With The Middlebrook

Middlebrook Retail & Leisure Park will be hosting five days of free Easter fun for all the family from Wednesday 12th April to Monday 17th April (excluding Easter Sunday).  Taking place from 11am-4pm the events will spring into action with a treasure hunt with the Middlebrook Angels around the park followed by Hopping Mad Bunnies and more treasure hunt fun on Thursday, Friday they will be mucking around with face painting and on the petting farm and Saturday you can get snap happy in their spring photo booth then get crafty making the frame for your picture. Easter Monday the fun continues with their sassy skating birds, the roller chicks and craft workshops all chick themed will take place.

Heather Ingham, Marketing Manager for Middlebrook said “Our free seasonal entertainment always goes down a treat with both children and parents.  The children love getting up close to the baby spring animals and the face painting and crafts are always popular.  I think the shoppers are going to love the hopping bunnies and roller chicks they are something new to Middlebrook.”

Emerson Long-Term Sponsors

THE Emerson Group is one of the largest privately-owned property development companies in the UK.
The developers of the giant Middlebrook retail park just a walk away from the Arena has also been a sponsor of the USN Bolton Arena for more than 10 years and always a strong supporter.

The Emerson Group itself has a substantial portfolio of commercial properties throughout the UK. Internationally, it has put its considerable expertise into leisure, residential and commercial developments in the UK, the Algarve in Portugal and Orlando in Florida.

Closer to home and most recently, Emerson is also developing the huge Parklands 5B office development on Middlebrook to satisfy demand, and is working on the NEXT superstore in the retail park.

Marketing Manager Heather Crank-Ingham explained that the sponsorship worked well from both sides. Some Emerson employees were able to take advantage of the free gym memberships involved with sponsorship “and we often give them out as prizes in competitions, as well.” The same applied to the free meeting room spaces which could sometimes be used by the company’s retailers.

Emerson itself is highly visible in the Arena, through advertising and through its sponsorship of the four outside pitches. And the Arena has worked on promotions on Middlebrook, including the USN Roadshow visiting there.

“Emerson likes to be involved in the area with local charities, businesses and events and this partnership with the Arena is part of that. We’re very happy with it,” added Heather.
