Job: Sales & Retention Manager
Salary: OTE £33K
The USN Bolton Arena is one of the north’s leading sports, fitness, events and conference venues. With one of the country’s leading tennis academies, flagship new fitness facilities, an international sports nutrition brand as title sponsor and ambitious expansion plans, the USN Bolton Arena is entering the most exciting phase of its history.
We are seeking a motivated, highly organised and professional individual to join our successful Commercial team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and retention strategies and introducing new income streams that ensure our membership sales and revenue targets are fully met.
As well as exceptional organisational and time management skills, you will have proven experience of managing a successful sales team at a large fitness club or multi-site operation. Flexibility, commitment to delivering the highest standards of customer care and a ‘can do’ approach are essential.
