New Fitness Timetable Starts!
Our new fitness timetable starts Monday 7th October!
We again have a fantastic mix of instructor led and virtual classes that make up a fitness timetable with over 100 classes running per week.
We’re delighted to welcome some new instructors to Stateside Foods Bolton Arena. Rick is returning to teach Body Pump and Body Attack on Friday evening, a perfect way to ‘start your weekend the right way with a blast of fun and energy.’
After rave reviews from our members, Bartosz will be teaching Zumba on Saturday morning on a permanent basis. So if you’re looking for a fun, party style, interval class then this is certainly for you, providing a smashing start to a Saturday.
Why not combine sport with staying fit? Cardio Tennis is again on the timetable, however it’ll now run at a slightly later time on Tuesday evening. Cardio Tennis is a fun, energetic class, played to up-tempo music. Don’t worry if you’ve never played before, Cardio Tennis is great for beginners.
We have a ‘club night’ theme running throughout the timetable on Thursday evening. This starts with Trim & Tone taught by Lisa A at 17:15 and finishes with Clubbercise taught by Nikita at 20:15. Thursday is the new Friday, so get yourself ready for a great weekend with our club night.
Several amendments have been made to the timetable with regards to class timings, which should benefit all our members and customers.
