New Fitness Timetable Starts 3rd June
Our summer fitness timetable will be starting from Monday 3rd June.
We’ve re-introduced the very popular Bootcamp for the summer months. Bootcamp, will be taken by one of our gym instructors and will run on Monday evening from 19:00 – 19:45. We have also made several amendments with regards to class timings, which should benefit all our members and customers.
With regards to Virtual we have some very exciting news. After a very successful trial session, we’re pleased to announce that we’ll be introducing Virtual Sprint into the timetable. Sprint is a 30 minute workout of high intensity designed using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. Les Mills sprint is built on the science of high intensity interval training (HIIT).
Sprint will be replacing the previously timetabled Sh’bam.
