New Virtual Class – Les Mills Grit – Starting Monday 6th Jan
As of Monday 6th January 2020, Bolton Arena Gym are introducing a new Les Mills virtual class to our fitness timetable.
GRIT will come in to replace our virtual Body Combat classes and will run at the following times:
- Monday 13:45 – 14:15
- Tuesday 15:40 – 16:10
- Thursday 13:45 – 14:15
Grit is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and bodyweight exercises to blast all major muscle groups. Les Mills Grit takes cutting-edge HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast. Grit joins our existing Les Mills virtual classes, BodyPump, BodyBalance, CXWorx, RPM and Sprint. The introduction of virtual classes enables us to maximise off peak studio usage and offer choice to new and existing members, vital for those people who struggle to fit exercise around their working day.
