Job Opportunity: Leisure Attendant
(deputy Customer Services Manager)
USN Bolton Arena is looking for suitably qualified and experienced individuals with excellent customer service skills to be part of the Operations team.
Ideally, we are seeking individuals with first-hand experience of working in the Leisure Industry, who enjoy working as part of a team and have excellent communication skills and a good understanding of service delivery.
Duties will include general cleaning and housekeeping tasks, equipment set up and providing cover for the Customer Services Manager in their absence. Full training will be given and each of these tasks requires a high level of interaction and communication with colleagues and customers.
You will be required to work shifts including evenings, early mornings and weekends with a commitment to working flexibly to meet the needs of the service.
Salary: Meets National Minimum wage, plus enhancement to £9.23 per hour when deputising for Customer Services Manager
Hours: 3-week rota pattern, averaging 36.08 hours per week
