Customer Service Manager- full time, permanent
Starting salary : £19,185 per annum (£9.95 per hour)

As part of the Operations Team you will work closely with the Senior Customer Services Manager and Head of Operations. You will be a key player in the continuous improvement of the management and day-to-day operation of the arena and primary focus areas will include people management, building safety and security and maintenance and development of high standards of quality and customer service.
To be considered for this post you will be an excellent communicator, team player and ideally have previous supervisory experience within a customer service role. This post requires an individual who has good planning and organisation skills who is able to communicate easily with people of all ages, abilities and at all levels inside and outside the organisation. Previous experience in a similar role would be a distinct advantage.
