Have You Tried Virtual Grit Yet? – Bolton Arena Gym
At the start of 2020, we introduced virtual Les Mills Grit into our fitness timetable. Over the last month, we’ve received extremely positive feedback from new members to frequent class users. As such, we’ve now trebled the number of Les Mills Grit classes across our weekly fitness timetable.
What is Les Mills Grit?
Grit is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and bodyweight exercises to blast all major muscle groups. Les Mills Grit takes cutting-edge HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast. ”GRIT is the ideal way to get maximum results in minimal time which is perfect for me or anyone else trying to schedule their fitness regime around an already hectic daily schedule. GRIT pushes me to my limits constantly and I never walk out of a class feeling I haven’t worked to my maximum and got the most out of my workout. We all know cardio training can become mundane for both our body and mind and GRIT shakes this up completely. For those that have done classes before, i would say it’s a mixture of Body Pump and Body Attack. It’s challenging at the start, which pushes you on, but once i got to round 3, and had adapted the class i was flying. I would urge everyone to give it a go”

Grit joins our existing Les Mills virtual classes, BodyPump, BodyBalance, CXWorx, RPM and Sprint. The introduction of virtual classes enables us to maximise off peak studio usage and offer choice to new and existing members, vital for those people who struggle to fit exercise around their working day.
