We have 40 great classes to suit all ages and fitness levels from Pilates and Yoga to Body Combat and Cardio Conditioning. So, if it’s a quick work out in your lunch break or a full adrenalin session after work we’re more than confident we have the class and time to suit everyone.
All classes take place in our fantastic dance studio and are available to book 2 weeks in advance.
Class Descriptions
Step
A mixed impact workout using a step platform. Please check class level with regards to fitness and choreography.
Pilates & Yoga Mix
A combination of yoga and pilates for a different holistic workout.
Body Step
The newest of our BTS programmes. This is a simple athletic and fun workout using an adjustable step. The class is ideal for toning the lower body, increasing cardio fitness and co-ordination and conditioning to strengthen both the upper and lower body. Suitable for all levels.
Adrenaride
A group exercise cycle class geared to developing cardiovascular fitness and lower body strength. Specialised bikes offer a range of resistance which participants can alter depending on their own fitness level. No co-ordination requited, calorie burning guaranteed!
Body Pump
The most successful group fitness programme in history! Body Pump is a 45-60 min class using barbells and adjustable weights to tone and condition muscles while raising metabolic rate for rapid fat burning. Body Pump is proven to be ‘the world’s fastest way to get in shape’, by research which has confirmed higher than expected fat burning alongside endurance, strength and wellness benefits.
Yoga
Exercises to stimulate and relax both body mind. The Tuesday evening class is modelled on the Ashtanga strength based style of yoga and thus is not suitable for beginner level students. In all other classes participants can work at their own pace and to their own limits.
Pump & Ride
45 minutes of body pump followed by a 15 minute blast of cycling for those who wish to do a 1 hour session.
Body Attack
A cardiovascular interval training programme which combines intensity aerobics, strength and stabilisation exercises. Body attack is a rapid calorie burner that delivers fast improvement in general endurance and an increase in overall body strength through the use of simple effective choreography.
Body Combat
A cardiovascular class which combines aerobics and martial arts. The class is choreographed to the music with separate moves being practised and then built into combinations. It is a great calorie burner and tones both the upper and lower body. No previous martial arts knowledge is necessary.
Trim & Tone
An all over low impact, muscular strength, toning and endurance workout using different equipment combinations e.g. dumbbells, body bars, steps and/or bands.
Cardio Conditioning
A traditional conditioning class with a twist. This session will include all the regular elements of a toning class combined with approximately 10-15 minutes of varied cardiovascular exercise to ensure we raise the heart rate and bring on a sweat. Suitable for all levels and a great way for beginners to start to build up their fitness.
Pilates
A mat-based workout concentrating on improving core strength and posture. The deep abdominal muscles are used to support and control movements, which results in the waist and abdominals being trimmed as they become stronger, longer and leaner.
Zumba
‘Ditch the workout join the party!’ Currently the fastest growing dance based workout in the UK, fusing Latin dance rhythms with easy to follow dance moves to create a dynamic fun fitness programme suitable for all.
