Regulation of Admission – All visitors must report to Reception on arrival. All visitors using Bolton Arena sports and fitness facilities must obtain a receipt from reception or the Fast Access Kiosk, which they must retain throughout their visit. Ticket checks are in operation. Members must produce their membership card on every visit to obtain the discounts and benefits available under their membership.

Fitness Suite – All users of the Fitness Suite must have an induction on their first visit. Gym users must be over the age of 16. Proof of age may be required.

Studio Class Bookings – Members can book Studio Classes up to 14 days in advance in-person, by telephone or online. Non-members can book Studio Classes up to 7 days in advance by telephone or in person. Non-members must make payment in full at time of booking.

Tennis Bookings – Members can book Tennis Courts up to 14 days in advance in-person, by telephone or online. Bookings are limited to two off peak and one peak court per member per day. Non-members can book Tennis Courts up to 7 days in advance by telephone or in person. Non-members must make payment in full at the time of booking.

Football Bookings – Football bookings can be made in person or by telephone up to 7 days in advance and all bookings must be paid for in full at the time of booking. Block bookings must be arranged via the Football Manager.

Cancellation – For all bookings, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel bookings. Bookings cancelled with at least 24 hours notice will be eligible for a full refund or for the booking to be transferred to a later date (note: bookings can only be transferred once). Bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will incur the full activity charge.

Smoking – Bolton Arena is a no smoking facility. Any person smoking with the Arena will be asked to leave.

Customer Behaviour – No person shall use any profane, racist, sectarian, sexist or offensive language or behave in an offensive, disorderly or insulting manner whilst in the Arena. No person shall wilfully or improperly oil or damage any article of property belonging to the Arena. Should any Arena property be wilfully damaged then the cost of the damage/item will be required to be paid in full.

Prevention of Injury – No person shall willfully or recklessly behave so as to endanger their own or any other persons’ safety or to disobey any lawful instruction given by a Manager or any member of staff.

Arbitration – The Customer Service Manager reserves the right to ask a person to leave the Arena or expel or exclude that person from the Arena in the terms of these rules.
