Are you looking to get fit and active, but struggle to find the motivation to get going?
With effect from Wednesday 26th October, 11.30am – 12.30pm on a weekly basis for 8 weeks, we will be launching our “Couch To 5K” running group!
The group will be run by Gaynor and is for members only. It’s targeted at beginners with the aim to build up their fitness over the weeks. In the final week of the group participants will get the chance to run the local Bolton Park run on 17th December.
Although the sessions are aimed at beginners, all the runs in the current block will be on the track so we can accommodate any standard of runner and in a safe environment.
