USN Bolton Arena/The Energy Check
Official Energy Partner
USN Bolton Arena is pleased to announce a new partnership with The Energy Check, who have signed a deal to become the Arena’s official energy partner.
The independent consultancy firm, which provides expert analysis on utility service and supply, will assist the Arena in becoming more energy efficient, and will serve as an effective way of saving money by lowering energy costs, a benefit which will also extend to our gym members.
John Ashley Head of Commercial, USN Bolton Arena commented, “We will be running some initiatives for our new and existing gym members over the coming months so please keep an eye out and make sure to utilise the Home Energy Switching site at www.theenergycheck.co.uk
“We want to deliver big savings for the Arena, our members and the local business community, we’ll be tracking this and reporting on it so we can monitor the positive impact it’ll have on the venue and the local area.”
The two-year partnership will not only assist in saving money on energy costs but help USN Bolton Arena reduce energy consumption and minimise carbon footprints.
Andrew Brewer – Corporate Partnership Manager, The Energy Check added “The Energy Check are proud to be partnered with and sponsoring USN Bolton Arena through our Corporate Partnership Program. We look forward to supporting the arena, alongside investing our time and expertise in ensuring the Arena is efficient with their energy matters. It’s an exciting time for both organisations entering what we expect to be a long-lasting relationship and we wish the arena every success over the coming years”
We are pleased to announce that two of the USN Bolton Arena’s long-standing sponsors have recently extended their sponsorship.
Bolton School – one of the oldest in Lancashire dating back to at least 1516 – are extending their sponsorship into a fourth year.
The prestigious independent school has 2,500 pupils, ranging from its nursery to a sixth form college, and with a reputation that extends nationally.
Marketing Manager John Newbould explained that the Arena’s ability to reach the school’s target audience was behind their decision to sponsor the Arena: “When we monitored parents, a lot of them said they went to the gym or sports centre so we decided to sponsor the Arena.”
Another organisation extending its sponsorship is Fastsigns.
Based on Bury New Road, Bolton, the well-known local franchise is now owned by David Hiney, who has recently had a career change after more than 20 years in IT.
As well as offering traditional signage, Fastsigns also specialises in digital signage and other services such as vehicle wrapping. Its clients range from large companies to local schools and small businesses.
Fastsigns has been a sponsor and preferred signage supplier of the USN Bolton Arena since 2010 and Mr Hiney was particularly keen to retain the sponsorship.
“It has certainly been successful for Fastsigns because of our visibility there,” he stated, “and I particularly like being a part of the local community which I think is really important.
“I want Fastsigns to be seen as a business service for local businesses as well as our clients in a wider area and feel this sponsorship works for us.”
