Job Opportunity: Receptionist
We are seeking a motivated, reliable and hardworking individual to join our Reception team. Responsible for delivering excellent customer service both face to face and on the telephone, you will play a vital role in the operation and promotion of the arena’s facilities and products providing an efficient reception and information service to all visitors.
You will be friendly, work well as part of a team, be an effective communicator with colleagues and customers alike, have a flexible approach to your work and possess a ‘can do’ attitude.

Salary: Starting salary meets national living/minimum wage
Hours: 19.25 per week. Permanent contract.

In addition to the above shifts overtime may also be available and you will need to be flexible and able to work evenings and weekends.
Previous reception experience would be advantageous, however full training will be given.
