Get More From Your Gym Membership At USN Bolton Arena
USN Bolton Arena is encouraging its members to get more from their membership with a host of new trial activities over November and December.
Within the gym we will be offering regular 15 minute abs/core workouts on most days. The sessions take place in the stretch area and are designed to strengthen the core through a high intensity workout. There’s no need to book. Just join in!
We are also taking members into the great outdoors with a brand new Boot Camp with Rob and Ryan. Classes run 8am Saturday mornings on 19th and 26th November and on 3rd and 10th December.
There’s also a new running group which offers to take members from Couch to 5K over 8 weeks, culminating in a park run on 17th December. The group started on 26th October, but late arrivals are most welcome.
Boogie Bounce has been described as “The new sensational way to get fit, have fun and lose the fat”, and we have 4 classes for you to try. Classes start on 4th November and can be booked online or at reception. See Boogie Bounce in action.
For those who want to mix friendship and fitness, the first of our monthly coffee mornings takes place on 9th November at 11am, where you can enjoy a cuppa and a cake with fellow members and instructors.
And there’s more to come, with details of a brand new walking group due to be announced shortly.
Commercial Manager Gwyn Hughes says: “We are always looking to introduce more quality new activities and choices for our members. Hopefully these trial activities will prove popular and we can make them a regular part of our membership from the New Year.”
All the above activities are free to members and available to non-members at our ‘pay as you go’ rates. Ask the gym team or reception for more details.
And finally… Go Head to Head with our latest Gym Challenge. If you are looking for a challenge, then why not join us in the latest nationwide Technogym Challenge where two Arena teams will go head to head. The team that accumulates the most moves will be the winner, with individual prizes up for grabs. As always, the challenge is free to enter. Ask instructors for details.
